Experiential Team Building
Morale, motivation and performance . . . these are key needs in a challenging work environment. And your challenge is to constantly raise them to new heights. The TACK Challenge is a unique programme of stimulating indoor and outdoor activities aimed at unleashing the potential in your people. It's designed to build team and individual performance, inspiring your group into a focused team of visionary, results-orientated, ingenious performers.

Team building sessions can be stimulating and fun but they need too to be meaningful if tangible results are to be gained. TACK team building events are based on a combination of experiential activities with a wide range of add-on options to achieve specific objectives. These may include personality profiling, conflict resolution, team SWOT analysis, competitive games, practical problem solving and action planning.
